1. Gym memberships

Bronze membership: £32 p/m annual (payable monthly/£37 rolling monthly peak time gym membership.

Silver membership: £47 per month annual/£52 rolling monthly peak time gym membership and any 2 classes each week.  

Gold membership: £62 per month annual/£67 rolling monthly peak time gym membership and which includes tailored training programmes, nutritional advice from a registered sport and exercise nutritionist when you need it and unlimited classes. 

*Notice for monthly membership is 1 month with no cancellation fee.

*£60 early cancellation fee for annual memberships cancelled before 12 months.

*10%student discount!

2. Terms 

● For anyone applying for the 10% student discount, proof is required in advance of initial payments. 

● Manage your classes easily with our online booking system where you can book up to a fortnight in advance for up to 6-12 people on a first come first serve basis. Details of this will be provided on receipt of signed contract and deposit.

● If sessions are booked and not attended for 2 consecutive slots within a 1 week period, the following week's sessions will be frozen. Please note the booking system is also where sessions can be cancelled within 24 hours before. Please ensure you cancel sessions ASAP if you know you cannot attend in order for others to attend the session instead.

● Prices of memberships may increase in line with inflation and/or cost of living.

3. Rules of Membership

Group inductions will be offered to all new members. Prime Anatomy Fitness will not accept any liability for any claim for personal injury if you use the gym equipment having not undertaken an induction from a qualified member of staff.

If you are unsure as to how to use any piece of equipment you must seek advice from a qualified member of staff before use.

After using a piece of equipment, you are expected to wipe down the kit with the cleaning products provided. Cleaning products are available in the gym for you to use as well as hand sanitiser upon entry and exit of the gym.

You may not use the gym whilst under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, tranquilizers or any medication or other substance which may affect your ability to exercise safely.

Please ensure that you put your weights back in their original place when finished, failure to do so may result in your membership being terminated.

Please do not misuse the weights by dropping them on the floor, failure to do so may result in your membership being terminated.

Please do not take photographs/videos on the premises with other members present that have not given prior consent or post remarks to the internet that may identify another member.

Members are solely responsible for their own belongings whilst visiting the gym.

4. Opening Hours

The gym is open Monday-Saturday 6am-10pm and Sunday 8am-6pm.

Prime Anatomy Fitness is open all year round, including bank holidays, apart from:

Christmas Eve

Christmas Day

Boxing Day

New Year’s Day

There may be some unforeseen circumstances which prevent your session from going ahead. These sessions will be rescheduled at your convenience. 

5. Terms of Payment

Gym memberships are payable on the 1st of each month via standing order to the following business account using your first initial and surname as your reference:

If for any reason you are not happy with our facilities once you make your initial visit, let us know within 48 hours and we will happily refund your deposit less the £8 day rate.

Payments for meal plans or additional services are due on receipt of your invoice via bill payment or card payment.

An administration fee of £20 for late payments will be added to your invoice if prior approval is not given. If payment is not received within 14 days then your sessions/membership will be frozen until payment is received. If payment is outstanding for more than 28 days then the debt will be passed to an external debt collector.

6. Liability and Information 

In principle, prime Anatomy Fitness is not liable for any damage suffered by the client. This does not apply to liability for damage to the member from injury to life, body or health or damage resulting from an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by Prime Anatomy Fitness. The client is expressly advised not to bring any valuables with them. 

On the part of the trainer, no guarding or due diligence is assumed for valuables that have been brought in.

Prime Anatomy Fitness are not liable for any damage caused by the client’s overestimation of himself. Suppose the client does not follow the instructions of the trainer and suffers the damage. As a result, the liability of prime Anatomy Fitness is excluded.

Prime Anatomy Fitness has appropriate public liability insurance which will be displayed in the premises.
